Quick start

Go to Sign Up, complete the form, then log in with your credentials. After login you’ll see your dashboard and available plan options.

Plan terms are displayed on plan pages and inside the Members Area. Platform rules and policies are available from the footer (Terms of Use / Privacy Policy) and relevant pages within the dashboard.

Use a strong unique password, avoid sharing credentials, and always access from the official website. If something looks unusual, contact support immediately with your username and details.

No — one account per user is allowed. Multiple accounts can lead to security and compliance issues. If you have a special case, contact support before creating another account.

Use the Contact page. For faster help, include your username and the exact feature/plan name you are asking about.
Tip: If it’s about a transaction, include the date/time and any reference shown in your dashboard.

Plans & terms

Compare the plan term, payout schedule, and allocation limits shown on the plan page. If you prefer clarity, start with simpler terms and smaller allocations, then scale only after you understand the rules.

Earnings are credited according to the plan’s payout schedule shown in the plan details. Your dashboard displays timestamps and entries so you can verify what was credited and when.

If reinvestment is available, you can create a new allocation using your available balance. Whether compounding is possible depends on plan terms and availability shown in your Members Area.

Plan changes are typically restricted once an allocation is active, because each plan has fixed term rules. Always review the term before allocating. If you need clarification for a specific case, contact support.

Your dashboard shows active allocations, plan status, and transaction history entries. This is the primary place to verify your plan term, credited amounts, and withdrawal eligibility.

The Protection Fund page explains how the program works, what it covers (if enabled), and which rules apply. Always read the Protection Fund terms carefully — it’s a rules-based program, not a guarantee.

Withdrawals

How to request withdrawals, what statuses mean, timing considerations and common issues users run into.

Payouts

Log in and go to your Members Area withdrawal section. Select the method/asset, enter the amount and confirm. Your dashboard will show the request and its status.

Timing depends on internal processing and external network conditions (confirmations / congestion). If a request is “Pending”, it means it is still in processing. If it stays pending longer than expected, contact support with the request details shown in your dashboard.

Any minimum/maximum withdrawal limits and possible fees are displayed in your Members Area. Always verify the selected asset/network because network fees can vary.

Many plans are fixed-term. That means funds can be locked until the term completes, according to the plan rules shown at allocation time. Your dashboard will display what is available to withdraw.

Always double-check address and network before confirming. If you believe you made a mistake, contact support immediately with the exact request details. Resolution depends on the network and request state.

Common statuses include “Pending” (processing), “Approved/Completed” (processed), or “Rejected” (cannot be processed). If it’s rejected, the system typically shows a reason or you can request clarification via support.

Loyalty & referrals

If referrals are enabled, you will find your personal referral link in the Members Area. Reward rules (levels, percentages, conditions) are displayed on the referral page so you can verify exactly how it’s calculated.

Loyalty tiers are structured benefits based on participation rules shown on the loyalty page (if active). Depending on tier, you may unlock improved conditions or additional platform perks — always as displayed in your dashboard.

Rewards are credited according to program rules and eligibility checks. You can track credited rewards in your dashboard history (the platform shows entries when credits happen).

If referral rewards are withdrawable, the available balance and withdrawal options will be shown in your Members Area. Specific rules (minimums, timing, eligible methods) depend on the program settings shown on the platform.

Self-referrals, multiple accounts, or any form of manipulation can lead to reward restrictions. The platform is designed to keep promotions fair and prevent abuse.
