Why turn on Protection+
Extra layer on top of standard controls

Your deposits already benefit from Algorixy’s standard risk management. Protection+ adds a separate, dedicated reserve that can be used specifically for severe platform-level incidents.

Shared fund built together

Each 5% fee goes into a collective pool shared by all Protection+ users. Algorixy also allocates part of its own profits, so both the platform and users contribute to the same protection fund.

Flexible and transparent

You choose per deposit whether to join the fund. High-level statistics such as fund size, number of participants or coverage ratio can be disclosed in dashboards or reports.

How it works in practice

Tick Protection+ if you want it

On the deposit screen simply tick the Protection+ (5%) checkbox. For example, a 1,000 USD deposit with Protection+ will charge 1,050 USD in total: 1,000 USD to your plan, 50 USD to the Protection+ Fund.

2While your deposit is active
Your plan behaves exactly the same

Protected deposits earn yield according to their plan rules – just like any other Algorixy deposit. The extra 5% never increases the percentage return; it is purely a contribution to the shared fund.

3If a Protection+ event happens
The fund can be used to cover losses

In case of a qualified Protection+ event, Algorixy may use the fund to compensate participating users proportionally to their insured exposure and within the limits of the available reserve and program rules.

How to enable Protection+ on deposit

    Open the deposit screen
    Choose your plan and enter the deposit amount as usual.

    Tick the Protection+ checkbox
    Enable the Protection+ (5%) option under the amount field to join the fund for this deposit.

    Confirm the total charge
    Review the total amount (deposit + 5% fee) and complete the transaction.
Once enabled, the deposit will be marked as protected in your account. Only deposits with Protection+ turned on are eligible for the Protection+ fund in case of a qualified event.

What Protection+ is – and what it is not
Examples of situations Protection+ is designed to help with
  • Severe platform-level incidents that impact the ability to process withdrawals.
  • Operational or security failures on Algorixy’s side that result in loss of user balances.
  • Counterparty failure of institutions or liquidity venues used by Algorixy.
  • Certain extreme regulatory or market events that leave the platform insolvent.
What Protection+ does not cover by default
  • Normal market volatility or changes in token prices and trading performance.
  • Losses caused by user mistakes (wrong address, lost wallet access, compromised email, etc.).
  • Any behaviour that breaches the Terms of Use, AML rules, or attempts to abuse the program.
  • Events that are explicitly excluded in the Protection+ documentation and future updates.

Submit a Protection+ claim

If you believe that a situation affecting your funds qualifies as a Protection+ event, use the section below. Your request will be sent directly to the dedicated team at protection@algorixy.io.

Claim lifecycle

1Submission You submit a detailed claim with your account, deposit IDs and description of the event.
2Internal review Algorixy validates your identity, verifies the facts and checks if the case fits Protection+ rules.
3Assessment The team calculates eligible exposure, applicable limits and the share of the Protection+ Fund.
4Resolution If approved, compensation is paid out according to your share of the pool and program conditions.
Protection+ is a best-effort protection layer, not a guaranteed insurance product or a deposit guarantee scheme. Final decisions always depend on program rules, available reserve and applicable law.
