1. Definitions

“Platform” means Algorithmic investment platform with transparent engine analytics, including the website, dashboard, any associated domains, APIs, support channels, and related services. “Company”, “we”, “us” means the operator of the Platform. “User”, “you” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

“Account” means a registered profile. “Balance” means the amounts shown for supported assets (including available, pending, and locked amounts). “Deposit” means a transfer initiated by you to fund an Account or activate a Plan. “Withdrawal” means a transfer requested by you from your Account. “Plan” means a product configuration presented on the Platform, including payout rules, term, and conditions shown at activation.

2. Eligibility, account & identity

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an Account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity performed through your Account. The Platform may request additional verification to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.

Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access and use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.

3. Services & platform scope

The Platform provides tools for account management, plan selection, transaction tracking, reporting, and customer support. The Platform may display informational content, performance summaries, projections, charts, or statistics for convenience and transparency.

The Company does not provide individualized investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own evaluation and decision-making.

4. Deposits, withdrawals & balances

Deposits and withdrawals are processed according to rules shown on the Platform, including confirmations, minimum/maximum limits, queues, and security checks. Processing may depend on third-party networks and providers.

• Transaction accuracy: You are responsible for selecting the correct asset, network, address, and any required memo/tag. Incorrect details may result in loss or delays.
• Confirmations: Deposits may require network confirmations and internal checks before being credited.
• Availability: Balances may show available, pending, or locked amounts depending on status and plan conditions.
• Security checks: Withdrawals may require additional validation to protect your account and the platform.

5. Plans, payouts & execution

Plans are governed by the terms displayed at activation. You are responsible for reviewing plan details, limits, and conditions before confirming any action.

Rates, estimates, and projections shown on the Platform are informational and not guarantees. Outcomes may be affected by operational conditions, liquidity, platform rules, and external factors.

6. Fees, rewards, referrals & promotions

The Platform may apply fees and may provide rewards such as referral commissions, loyalty bonuses, or promotional credits as described in the dashboard or official announcements. Rules may vary by asset, region, and account status.

Abuse or manipulation of rewards may result in adjustments, reversals, restrictions, or termination.

7. User obligations & acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, or misuse the Platform.

• No fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• No scraping, probing, or bypassing security controls.
• No malware, exploitation, or interference with platform operations.
• No impersonation, harassment, or abuse of support channels.

8. Privacy, data & communications

We process personal data to operate your account, provide services, maintain security, prevent fraud, and provide support. We may collect device, session, and usage signals to improve service quality and manage risk.

You consent to service communications related to your account, transactions, and security events via email and/or platform notifications.

9. Security, 2FA & protection

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and devices. If security controls are offered (such as 2FA or transaction codes), you should enable them. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Compliance & restricted activity

The Platform may conduct compliance checks and may restrict access or actions to comply with law, prevent abuse, and protect users. You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful activity or prohibited conduct.

11. Suspension, termination & holds

We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect users and the Platform, investigate security issues, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. Holds may apply while checks are performed.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Digital asset transactions may be irreversible and may be affected by external networks and third-party providers.

13. Liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. You agree to indemnify the Company for losses arising from your misuse or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law for the Company’s operating entity, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise. Please contact support first to attempt informal resolution before initiating proceedings.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Updates become effective on the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
